Fast and reliable retrofits towards EnerPHit Standard
In the face of climate change, sitting on our hands is no longer an option: We must act now! Upgrading the existing building stock to a sustainable level is an immense challenge, for which we must increase the rate of renovation while simultaneously ensuring that these retrofits achieve deep energy savings. The EnerPHit standard is perfect for the job! Please share your fast and deep retrofit projects with us, keeping costs in mind, of course.
Passive House economics in an out-of-control construction market
The gas market value in June 2022 was 15 times higher than the gas price in the same month of 2020. And prices are projeted to further increase. The energy transition, however, with its promise for greater energy independence, should stabilise energy prices and relax the situation in the longer term. Either way, low energy demand means low risk! Implementing energy efficiency to the Passive House level is cost-effective and provides resilience to energy cost volatility. We invite you to show us your projects, examples and scientific studies. Help us spread cost-effective solutions for sustainable construction and share your experiences and numbers about the economic viability of the Passive House and EnerPHit standards.
Please submit your abstracts until 02 September 2022!
