Building with tradespeople that just do everything right (Presentation in German) The Passivhauskreis is a regional network dedicated to the advanced training of tradespeople. Until building tradespeople are educated in energy efficiency, it will remain the task of the Passive House movement to fill this knowledge gap. With a solid educational background in the trade, focus can be laid on the physics of energy-efficient construction.

Like a spider in a web: Passive House quality assurance (Presentation in German) Constructing energy efficient buildings requires expert knowledge, cooperation and goal-oriented quality assurance. Avoiding the Performance Gap by deepening and disseminating Passive House knowledge (Presentation in German) In addition to expanding its range of training opportunities, the PHI is focusing on ramping up its training and certification capacity. Continuing professional development at universities and in professional development courses can complement, but not replace, this training. If not now, then when? |

High energy efficiency education in technical colleges: A experience report by the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt (Presentation in German) Das neue Curriculum der studienbegleitenden Ausbildung zum zertifizierten Passivhausplaner/in und die Ausbildung EnerPHit plus erstreckt sich über drei Semester, erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit und wird überaus positiv evaluiert. Revolution through education Is there anything that Pythagoras, Alexandre Dumas and Berthold Brecht could have in common? They all believed that continuous education is the key for a sustainable future. We must follow their philosophy. We shall deliver education to young people instead of wasting time to convince states and professionals who will soon retire. |
