Defining project-specific PHPP inputs for institutional buildings with commercial kitchens

Through a case study, this paper shares the design process for a new typology: the institutional kitchen. It shows the need for project-specific input data and metrics to be defined early, the approach taken to calculate them, and the design considerations needed to design this typology efficiently.
