Monitoring of a multi-family PH building in Mediterranean climate Monitoring of a multifamily building PH certified in Putignano, southern Italy PH. Parameters are currently measured with different devices and compared also to the datalog of the Compact unit. Energy consumption is recorded collecting the monthly bills and measurements on the counter.

Improving cost-effectiveness on the same multifamily typology and location over five years The paper aims to describe cost-effectiveness solutions adopted in three equal residential multifamily of more than 4.000 sqm living space built in the same urban sector in Zaragoza (Spain). The buildings were developed over five years in three different construction phases that cover from the year 2014 to 2019.
