Innovative and energy efficient fire prevention solutions for ventilation systems (Presentation in German)

Innovative fire safety solutions based on newly developed concepts lead to reduced investment and maintenance costs and improved energy efficiency in central ventilation systems in residential buildings. These solutions have already been implemented in various projects.

Reduction of Passive House energy demand using mechanical drink water hygienization (Presentation in German)

Heat Pump Kombi Systems - an overview of recent developments not only in China

Highly efficient ventilation with heat & humidity recovery is mandatory in PH buildings. Ventilation systems combined with a heat pump for heating and cooling & dehumidification are the consequent further development of the classic 'compact unit' for Passive Houses, which are a well adopted solution for apartments in multi-family buildings, too.

PH suitable pre wall mounting systems and accompanied thermal bridges in various climates

Thermal installation bridges become greater with thicker insulation. Thermal bridges of the bottom and top/side profile, uncovered by insulation can be treated as equal. Partially covering reduces the thermal bridges by a factor of 1.8, complete covering by a factor of 4.
