» Preamble
The 27th International Passive House Concerence takes place on-site on 5-7 April 2024. The conference will be held at the University of Innsbruck. All speaches will be accessable on demand for all participants after the conference. On Sunday, 7 April 2024, we offer building tours to Passive House projects on-site in Innsbruck and its surroundings. On Thursday, 4 April 2024, workshops will take place.
All events organized in or around Innsbruck as parts of the 27th International Passive House Conference 2024 will be carried out only if official orders regarding disease control measures and limitations due to infection occurences are not opposed to a safe and proper execution of the event.
» Ticket purchase
All tickets are on-site tickets only. The ticket purchase must be submitted via the online ticket shop. By buying a ticket, a contract with the organising body is agreed upon. The organising body and contracting party is the PHI Österreich GmbH, Anichstraße 29/54, 6020 Innsbruck, Österreich.
The ticket purchase is binding and will be processed in the order in which they are received. The number of participants is limited. After the ticket purchase and the immediate payment via the services offered, an invoice will be issued, which will be sent to you by email and can be downloaded in the online ticket shop. Conference tickets can - as long as there are still seats available - be purchased in the online ticket shop until 01 April 2024 for now. The early booking discount can only be granted if the registration is made before 15 February 2024 and payment is completed by 15 February 2024. Only those who have paid the full applicable fees according to the selected ticket will be admitted to the conference.
» Cancellations
Cancellations are possible until 1 March 2024 and are subject to a fee of 4% of the ticket price to be paid to the organising body in the online ticket shop. Fees which may be charged by the payment service provider will be retained by the organising body. All cancellations after 2 March 2024 will incur a fee equal to 50% of the corresponding conference ticket. From 1 April 2024 no cancellations are possible and the full participation fee for all tickets purchased is due, but replacement participants can be named.
The conference ticket and all conference admission documents are not-transferable. All offers made available can only be used by participants of the conference with a valid conference ticket using the corresponding personal e-mail address.

Scope of services: Conference ticket with on-site participation:
Access to all presentations of the 27th International Passive House Conference, which will take place at the University of Innsbruck, access to the recordings afterwards and to the accompanying Passive House trade exhibition on 5 and 6 April 2024. Catering during the event on 5 and 6 April 2024 (lunch, drinks, coffee and cake) is included.
The hygiene and infection protection regulations and safety regulations in force at the time of the event must be followed. Measures to be followed accordingly will be announced in good time before the start of the conference and can be adapted if necessary.
» Cancellation, limitation of liability
The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program. If the 27th International Passive House Conference or the supporting program must be partially or completely cancelled, immediate notification will be made. Already paid ticket fees will be refunded. Further claims against the organizer do not apply.
» Data storage
For the purposes of participant administration, the data entered by participants in the ONLINE Ticket Shop when purchasing a conference ticket for the 27th International Passive House Conference and/or its supporting program will be processed by Passivhaus Institut GmbH and PHI Österreich GmbH and service providers commissioned by Passivhaus Institut GmbH within the framework of the conference for the purpose of participation in the conference program and the Passive House trade exhibition. No further data will be passed on to third parties.
